Registration is scheduled to go live @Noon on Monday October 21st. Registration will be open for four (4) weeks.

**Urgent Registration Info Needed**
Editing your Workforce Information In Acadis:
All personnel that have been registered for a 2025 course must have their workforce information (title/rank) updated in Acadis. Failure to update this information will significantly impact their ability to be chosen for appropriate courses during the selection process. All information needs to be updated by tomorrow Tuesday, November 19 at 12:00pm.
Step by step instructions on updating this information is listed below.
Updating Workforce Information:
Step 1. Log in to Acadis
Step 2. On the left side menu choose Workforce
Step 3. Click Personnel, you will see a list of names
Step 4. On the right side (at the end of each name listing) click the Ellipsis
Step 5. Update Employment
Step 6. Use the pull-down arrow next to Action: Update
Step 7. Use the pull-down arrow next to Title/Rank: Choose appropriate option
Step 8. Choose effective Date of Promotion- **do not use hire date or today’s date
Step 9. Save
