| Description | This program will offer a fire fighter, training officer or chief the opportunity to attend a 24 hour course that will reference NFPA standards in regards to annual physicals and medical assessments. This program will also discuss the nutritional intake for fire fighters, daily workout schedules, weight lifting techniques and stretches, and body fat measurement. The program will be delivered by instructional staff members who are fitness trainers. |
