On behalf of the Special/Industrial Bureau we are proud to offer programs to emergency response organizations, both public and private, from across the state of Mississippi and also across the nation. We take the trust you have in us very seriously and are constantly trying to satisfy your training needs by improving all we do. Your input in regard to our programs is always welcomed.
Thanks to the Mississippi Emergency Management Agency (MEMA) for providing grants covering Hazardous Materials and Confined Space Training Programs. There is a very high demand for these programs. We are never guaranteed that grant funding will continue, so please take advantage of the current opportunity by attending these programs while grant funds are available.
Some of the programs offered by the Academy are available in both on-campus and off-campus formats. Please see course descriptions to determine which best suits your training needs.
In addition to Industrial Fire Fighting, all of our other programs are available for Industrial clients. The specific course content is generated through negotiated contractual agreements that clearly stipulate what services are to be provided. Our schedule fills up fast; therefore we urge our industrial clients to contact us early to secure dates that meet their needs
