Adjunct Instructional Services

The Mississippi State Fire Academy (MSFA) is soliciting qualified applicants to provide adjunct instructional services. Proposing applicants must assist and/or conduct classes on or off campus as directed by Academy staff, including skill presentations utilizing the MSFA provided and approved lesson plans. MSFA adjunct instructor application includes details regarding scope of work to be provided. Prospective applicants must have proven ability to deliver fire and emergency response training. Adjunct instructors shall receive a compensation of $23.00 an hour for services rendered.
It is MSFA’s mission to serve the Mississippi Fire Service Community and the World by providing quality education and training in fundamental and advanced skills to save life and property. Successful applicants will be expected to contribute toward this mission by teaching field delivery courses.
A committee made up of qualified staff authorized by the MSFA Bureaus of Instructional Chief will review applications to determine if requirements are met.
